Cancellations
As a courtesy please inform us at least 24 hours prior for all cancelled appointments. We will be happy to reschedule for you.
Payments
- All co-pays and deductibles are due on day of service.
- For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Health savings plans can be used in the optical and towards eye exams.
